Grayson’s mother, Michelle Arroyo, confirmed the news of her son’s passing via social media on Tuesday, February 7. A cause of death has not been revealed, but according to Arroyo’s support website, Grayson was first diagnosed with brain cancer in 2006 — just three days after his sixth birthday. Despite his diagnosis, Grayson managed to stay positive and find joy in the small things.
