It’s hard to believe, but this October marks a huge milestone for Chip and Joanna Gaines — 20 years of their beloved business, Magnolia! The Fixer Upper duo has come a long way since they opened their first store in Waco, TX back in 2003. To commemorate this special occasion, Chip and Joanna took a trip down memory lane to share some of their favorite moments together.
From their wedding day to the launch of their hit show, Fixer Upper, Chip and Joanna have had quite the journey. They’ve renovated a historic castle, hosted events at the Silos, and even spent time with the kids of St. Jude. It’s clear that the two have tackled some major feats since 2003, and they seem to be just getting started!
In a blog post, Chip wrote that when they opened Magnolia, they didn’t have everything figured out. But they trusted their gut instincts and held on to faith, believing that no matter how something may appear on the surface, there’s always beauty waiting to be revealed underneath.
It’s truly amazing what two people can accomplish when they have faith and believe in each other. Chip and Joanna have certainly come a long way, and we can’t wait to see what the next 20 years will bring!
